This tragedy took a massive toll on Travis’ career, not allowing him to perform for over a year resulting in the delay of the release of Travis’ upcoming album “Utopia”.
When Travis was allowed to perform again, he announced the album to be released on July 27th, 2023. Fans were thrilled to hear that Utopia was finally releasing. It was expected that Travis had features on the album that will push creative boundaries and craft something extraordinary.
Since Utopia's release, it sold over 450 thousand units in its first week, and it has generated over 500 million streams on Spotify alone. This was the 3rd highest amount of sales in all of hip-hop history. It is safe to say that Travis Scott did not disappoint with this album and that listeners predict his next album to exceed all expectations.
